C) Power Snatch 5×2
D) Light accessory work
DAY 3 – DEADLIFT + C&J
A) Deadlift 5×3 @ 85%
B) Clean & Jerk 5×2
C) Front Squat 3×4
D) Farmer Carry 4×50 ft
