Olympic Lifting Technique Day
Part 1 – Quick Prep / Accessory (8–10 min)
3 Rounds (not for time)
• 10 PVC Pass Throughs
• 10 Air Squats
• 8 Empty Bar Romanian Deadlifts
• 6 Front Squats (empty bar)
Focus:
Open shoulders
Warm up hips
Practice front rack
Part 2 – Olympic Technique EMOM
EMOM 12 minutes
Minute 1:
3 Hang Power Cleans
Minute 2:
3 Front Squats
Repeat for 6 rounds
Load: 50–60% or light technique weight.
Part 3 – Simple Accessory Finisher
3 Rounds
10 DB Romanian Deadlifts
12 Plank Shoulder Taps
8 Strict Press (light)
