P1 Rows 200m while P2 holds empty bar overhead

then switch, 3x each


Pre WOD Strength

Back Squats

5 Sets of 6-8 reps @ 60%-70% 1RM


WOD Barbell Cindy (18 min AMRAP)

With a partner (you go i go)

5 Deadlifts

10 Push-Press

15 Back Squats

 (Rx 95/65 | Scaled 75/55 | Beg. 45/35)

Target 4-6 Rounds


Cool-down
