One Partner completes 1 round while the other one is resting.*

20 Rounds of:

6 Calories Bike

8 Box Jump over (24/20inches)

10 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)

into

20 Rounds of

6 Toes to Bar

8 Alternating Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (50/35lbs)

10 cal Row


*Time Cap: 45 minutes


*Once you start one round, you have to finish it before your teammate can take over.

Your score for this workout is the amount of Rounds/Reps accumulated in the 45min window.
